Thanks, that's what I was curious about.

I was probably unclear in my previous message:  BibDesk recognizes  
certain fields (Url and user-specified fields) as clickable links,  
but wrapping it with \href will break this functionality in BibDesk.   
Users that rely on that feature in BibDesk should be careful.
