[OS X TeX] More problems with TexLive2005 vs gwTeX

I'm afraid I have other problems with ~/library/texmf

I often use some pictures, stored in ~/library/texmf/pdftex/logos/

gwTeX finds them, but TeXLive-2005 does not, even after a fresh texhash.

One more thing :

the pdfview is fine with Fourier, Times and so on, but... ugly with  
Computer Modern !

It does not look better with Adobe Reader, but prints OK

Some "incomplete installation" problem ?
