[OS X TeX] font problem

Great! I think that solves it. However, I'm not getting another error,
which may be related (?)
I've never had trouble displaying eps images before. now i get:
!LaTeX Error Unknown graphics extension.eps
and then further on:
! Undefined control sequence.
