[OS X TeX] paths in input & include

1) Thank you all
2) I think that I am beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel 
— if for no other reason that I change my installations as rarely as 
possible. (e.g. I am still in 10.3.9) but I will do my utmost best to 
digest all.

However, I am currently engaged in something else so I will have to wait 
to think about it but I will not fail to let you all know how this 
patented tex idiot made out.
