Howdy,

But that's where you add/delete/modify your own Templates. In  
addition the sub-directories of ~/Library/TeXShop/ are where you  
customize many things involving TeXShop's behavior. If you mess up  
files there you can usually get back the default by moving the  
corresponding folder out of the directory and restarting TeXShop.
