[OS X TeX] Problems with TexShop 10.4.5?

Is anybody experiencing problems?  I am getting odd behavior.  I have  
a latex file that reads in other source files.  It typesets fine at  
the terminal, but when I try in TexShop, nothing happens.

I am getting some odd behavior in Mail too (forgets my window  
preferences) so I may have some software issues with the 10.4.5  
'upgrade'.... Anybody else experiencing problems?
