It certainly does. Where do I learn about this? I didn't see it in 
Companion 2ed.

Very grateful regards—The footnotes were "Inflamatory Notes For the 
Mortification of "Educologists" And the Vindication of "Just Plain 
Folks"" and this run is for students.
