[OS X TeX] no file type lco

These are typical for koma-script users. It's enough to create one or  
two of them, IMO, and then add stuff to them. I wouldn't like to  
remember hundred file names for hundred addresses, but probably it's  
not much effort to add lco to the extensions list in TeXShop.

As long as it's not there: save as .tex file and rename afterwards!
