[OS X TeX] commenting in pdf file

Killing two birds with one stone here, sorry.
Actually, Commenting is possible in Reader alone.
From Adobe:
"Commenting tools are available in Adobe Reader only if the author of
the PDF document has allowed commenting in the document. The
commenting tools are on two toolbars: the Commenting toolbar and the
Drawing Markups toolbar."
So that means that at least the creator must have Acrobat Pro. The
assumption is that the creator will be using Distiller instead of,
say, PDFLaTeX.
