[OS X TeX] [OT] Matrixes (Matrices)?

But using matrix-matrixes for the mathematical objects is as correct  
as using index-indexes for subscripts and superscripts.  Tables of  
stuff are matrices, and sequences are counted with indices.  Let  
matrixes be generating and developing, and let indexes be at the end  
of books.
