What's odd is that this shortcut is key-specific, namely it is  
attached to the key on the immediate right of the left Shift key,  
independent from the language. For example, on a US keyboard that  
will mean "Cmd-`", on a French keyboard "Cmd-<", on a Hebrew keyboard  
"Cmd-;", on a Russian keyboard "Cmd-]", and so forth.
