[OS X TeX] SVG to LaTeX?

I downloaded Inkscape (why Incswell?), installed, allowed to run the  
font-caché, opened an Illustrator (.ai) graphic, saved it as .svg,  
exported it as pstricks code..., and it compiled quite well!
