[OS X TeX] adjusting TexShop's Bibliography macro

Dear list,

I tried (several hours) to adjust the  Bibliography macro that comes  
with TexShop to my needs. All I want to do is to have two more runs  
than already present in the macro.

The first would be in terminal

makeindex -s indexkorr.ist foo.idx

where indexcorr.ist is a file that is in the working directory and  
foo.idx is an index file also in the working directory.

And then another latex run.

How would I do that?
