[OS X TeX] multiple editor windows in TeXShop

Except that TeX stuff is NOT a typical application.
See for example XCode that can open many different windows for the same
file.
More generally, in cocoa, each document can have as many windows as
necessary.
TeXShop just does not take benefit of this feature.
