[OS X TeX] Local theorems inside references

  Hello all,

I'm using makeindex and the commands \cite and \bibitem. My question is : how
do I produce an output like this :

  [1, theorem 3.2]

because the nearest I can do is [[1], theorem 3.2] ( by writing
[\cite{myreference}, theorem 3.2] in the source file) ?
