[OS X TeX] TeX i-Package update

The TeX i-Package has been updated. The actual font files for Charis 
SIL have been removed and are not installed also in 
/Library/Fonts/CharisSIL, the support for using them remains. TeX now 
searches /Library/Fonts by definition when looking for .ttf (TrueType 
font) files.
