[OS X TeX] BiBTeX Style File for "Microscopy and Microanalysis"

I am writing a paper to be published in Microscopy and Microanalysis.

They use "author year" reference styles. The exact instructions may
be found here:
http://assets.cambridge.org/MAM/mam_ifc.pdf

One thing I am having trouble with is suppressing the citation label
(the reference label that is used in the text) in the bibliography.

I was able to hack something together that was pretty close using
makebst.tex, and I can get the parenthetical citations with natbib,
but I still don't know how to supress the citation label in
bibliography.

Of course, if someone had a ready-made bib file out there that would
be great!

Thanks,

Keith
