Thanks, I hadn't realized TCOBrowser could also be used to browse
through a local TeX tree (as opposed to a CTAN repository).

Does the document icon in the Local and Remote columns mean that the
documentation has been found? If so, then it seems that TCOBrowser
looks for a documentation file matching exactly the package name,
right? That would explain why the local documentation for hyperref
(namely /usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf.tetex/doc/latex/hyperref/
manual.pdf) isn't seen, and why the local documentation for the AMS
fonts (namely /usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf.tetex/doc/fonts/amsfonts/
amsfndoc.dvi) is replaced by that (namely /usr/local/teTeX/share/
texmf.tetex/doc/latex/amsfonts/amsfonts.dvi) for the associated LaTeX
package.

Still, I'm surprised that the remote doc for hyperref (on CTAN) is
taken to be tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/hyperref/doc/slides.pdf
instead of tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/hyperref/doc/manual.pdf.
How is this determined? From some CTAN mechanism?

Suggestion for TCOBrowser: it would be nice if, when moving the mouse
over a document of MikTeX package icon, the associated path or URL
was displayed in one of those yellow boxes (I don't know the exact
name for these boxes).
