One caveat to James' excellent instructions (which we should copy/ 
paste into our help book):  Christiaan and I are making some further  
changes to the template prefs, so changes you make in a nightly build  
may not work in the release.  We want to make this more flexible, so  
you can have templates for various output types, not just html.   
Please try the feature out, by all means, but give us feedback on it  
as well.
