[OS X TeX] Looking texh4t and OpenDocument feedback

TeX4ht can be compiled to work under texhash or independently without
the help of texhash. Since tex4ht didn't find tex4ht.env my
assumption was that TeX4ht got compiled to work independently of
texhash.
Having the above problem solved, the next step is to modify the paths
in the `t' and `i' records of tex4ht.env and the `-i' and `-t'
switches of htlatex.
There are a few manners to install tex4ht. It will not take much
effort to get it working at your place.
