[OS X TeX] Looking texh4t and OpenDocument feedback

Simon,

Those binary carry the comment `failed to find kpathsea'.  So, yes, it
is my stupidity ;-)  Hopefully someone  more knowledgeable with
compiling for kpathsea will be able to help up with this issue.
