Xerox Phaser 3500 PS, Driver Version 10.4, PPD File Version 1.6

I did simpdftex latex <file name> in Terminal. But the same failure  
occurs when printing the generated PDF. And the dvi file could not be  
opened by TeXShop. It seems to be a very small file. Is there  
something wrong?
