[OS X TeX] Strange LaTeXit behavior

I have seen  10.4.8 OS going crazy, and then I reboot to fix the
problem. However it does not seem to be the case there: OS is stable,
TeXShop behaves nicely and restarting LaTeXit solves the problem - for
a few typesets.
