[OS X TeX] End of i-Installer/i-Packages support per 1/1/2007

Very sad to hear this, but a big thank you for your work during all  
these years. TeX on OSX would look quite different today if it hadn't  
been for i-installer.

Unfortunately, I lack the expertise to help out, but if financial  
support is needed in the future, I'm more than willing to make a  
donation.
