[OS X TeX] Installing the Harvard Package

This is what I have done so far. It does not work.

I moved all .bst files to this hierarchy, it still does not work.

That seemed very correct, so I moved all files to there (my install is
slightly different):

/usr/local/teTeX/share/texmf.tetex/bibtex/bst/harvard

It still does not work, however.

I should mention that the Harvard package contains a Makefile and no
harvard.bst, just a harvard.sty. However, it also contains agsm.bst
for instance, and calling agsm does not work either.

How do I "turn" harvard.sty into harvard.bst, if that's the right
move? (My ignorance should now be apparent to all).
