I just downloaded 2.2.2, set up a book (Real World Freehand) and then  
did File | Export Bibtex to get:

     address = {Unknown Address},
     author = {Olav Martin Kvern},
     edition = {},
     editor = {},

     lccn = {},
     location = {},
     month = {June},
     number = {},

     publisher = {Addison Wesley Longman},
