[OS X TeX] TeXShop crashes, chrashes, crashes

I doubt TeXShop coding is the problem. It may be
a) Your binary (delete it, download a new copy)
b) Your TeXShop preferences (delete them and they will be re-created  
- I don't know where they are, in Library/Prefs I assume)
c) Your printer queue. Can you try printing to a different printer?  
Try deleting the printer you use and adding it back.

In the mean time, can you print the PDF from preview?
