[OS X TeX] installing from TeXLive

Note that if you have created a ".profile" file in your home  
directory (bash shell) or a ".tcshrc" file in the same home directory  
(tcsh shell), it is those files you will have to edit. In that case,  
it is simpler, as they belong to you.
