[OS X TeX] Finally we are grown up

Let me interject the naive-user perspective:

I admire the pioneers who built their houses with their own hands. I  
am not one of them. I have projects, I have meetings, I have  
deadlines. I want to latex a document. I don't have time to find out  
what are binaries, dependencies, dynamic libraries etc.  All I want  
is a working setup. I''ll pay $100-$200 to get it. (Gerben?)
