can be done using pdfpages:
\documentclass[a4paper,14pt]{scrartcl}
\usepackage[final]{pdfpages}
\begin{document}

\includepdf[pages=-,nup=1x2,frame,scale=0.90]{../HROSLides.pdf}
% Auswahl
