It's hard to tell what's happening from the short snippet of the log  
file that you posted. If tex is saying that \citep is not defined,  
then it's not defined, and whatever package was supposed to define it  
probably hasn't been loaded. I don't use natbib, so I'm not the best  
person to diagnose this, but if you posted more (or all) of the log  
file someone will probably be able to tell you what's wrong.
