[OS X TeX] OT romeo for tiger

For those who are missing romeo on tiger, I have a binary for them.

Romeo is a software to allow some bluetooth devices to take control  
over apps.
In particular it is convenient for keynote 1.0 which does not work  
with apple remote controller.
