Congratulations, Jérome! I used it in 10 chapters book, 334 pages,
and synchronization was *extremely* accurate both ways.
Only a centered diagram wasn't centered anymore
\begin{equation}
\begin{diagram}
\node{M}
\arrow[2]{e,t}{\tilde{}} \arrow{se,r}{\id}
\node[2]{\tilde M} \arrow{sw,b}{\tilde{}}\\
\node[2]{M}
\end{diagram}
\end{equation}
However, after commenting the package, synchronization was still
possible, because of the .pdfsync file and then the diagram was
displayed correctly.
For the final print or for checking the layout I would always remove
the .pdfsync file as a measure of safety.
But these are minor drawbacks, for editing its a must.
