[OS X TeX] texhash-ing and ~/Library tex directory

Howdy,

All .sty files should be placed in sub-directories of ~/Library/texmf/ 
tex/latex/. Create the directories if they doesn't exist. You don't  
need to run texhash for items placed in this personal tree.
