[OS X TeX] local vs. global symlink

I would concur with Jérôme on this one. Do not create links in my
home directory.
Jérôme, are you thinking then that /Users/me/Library/TeX/whatever
would be added to the user's $PATH in ~/.profile? I guess I am
unclear on what the intent is to make these accessible from the
command line. I actually created a scripts directory in ~/
Applications and added ~/Applications/scripts to my path for all of
my own CLI programs.
