[OS X TeX] Utopia-Fourier font in TexLive

I think the problem is that TeXLiveFull is based on the official  
TeXLive distro dating back to December 2005, whereas GW_TeXLive is  
much more recent, being based on the constantly updated SVN TeXLive  
repository.
