I introduced initial support at the bugfixes page.  The page

   http://www.cse.ohio-state.edu/~gurari/temp/ex.html

shows the outcome for the attached example.  Still need to configure
itemized lists, and check why the `contents?' button does not work.
To add support for other constructs, I'll need miniature complete
latex examples showing how the features are being used.
