[OS X TeX] A question from a new member

It is not that difficult. I just logged in as root and activated the  
dictionaries in the System preferences. Doing so in my normal admin  
account failed, even after switching to the bash shell.

So you only have to enable the root account in the Network Utilities  
which is my default, since I feel more at ease knowing that I can  
login as root in case of trouble.
