[OS X TeX] updating i-packages

Hi,

I am sure this has been explained before.

I just checked "open updated i-packages" and there
are about 8 i-packages or so to be updated. I was wondering

(1) is there a way / command  to update all of them (at once)
or do I have to manually update each of them ?

(2) if the order in which the packages are being updated matters,
what is the correct / recommended order ?
