[OS X TeX] Gentium help

Hi
I guess I'm a bit of a non-starter when it comes to fonts.

Is there anywhere any easy, step-by-step instructions to installing  
Gentium for TeXShop on Tiger?
Mine is version 2.03, cos I'm scared scared to switch till I'm done  
with my thesis, and thats taken for ever.
