Howdy,

You can set up a folder action that removes the .aux files when the  
folder opens or, I believe, closes. That would clean things up.

Personally, I'd rather have control of when/what I delete so I use a  
couple of variants of a macro that deletes most or all of the  
possible generated files and tie that to a keyboard shortcut.
