I just tried this out and it looks quite useful...

... but I cannot get the CTAN catalogue list to update.

The installed list in version 0.86 is dated 2005-07-23 16:08:49
but trying each of the CTAN repositories in turn I get the message
"Remote file is unavailable". On the other hand it appears to have
no problem updating the MikTeX catalogue to 2006-09-16 09:33:44.

Has anyone successfully updated the CTAN catalogue list?
