Is there a way to deactivate the "Special Characters" (command-option- 
T)  in the Edit menu? I often mistype this shortcut meaning for the  
typeset window (command-shift-T) and I am bothered by how long it  
takes to load the special characters window and the extra click to  
remove it (once open, it does not respond to command-W or command- 
option-t, so it requires a manual click to dismiss). Since special  
characters seem of no use in bibtex, removing the keyboard shortcut  
altogether (a more permanent solution) would be fine with me.
