[OS X TeX] XcodeLaTeX 0.3 does work on Xcode 2.0

  I finally loaded XcodeLaTeX on a tiger machine and it does syntax  
color TeX keywords correctly.  I  moved ISPs and thus the new home  
for XcodeLaTeX is http://homepage.mac.com/jskoda/work.html

  When I get some time, I'm going to figure out how to make the build  
button build a pdf from a .tex file.  I don't know how long that will  
take or if Xcode 2.0 can use makefiles versus jamfiles.
