[OS X TeX] koma-script / caption.sty in gwtex and MacTeX

I do not use KOMA myself but I do react to bug reports (as this is one)
that come with analysis/solution.

ANyway, I have asked the TL maintainer to update the TL Master tree (from
which I draw my subset) and as soon as that is done, I'll update gwTeX.
