You might also be interested in Wikindx3, an on-line biblio DB that does a fairly
good job of exporting to bibtex using a number of formats:

You'll need to index your PDFs manually with this one.

For autoindexing of PDF files and the like, I've also had good luck with OWL
Intranet (http://owl.sourceforge.net). Of course, all are open source and run
fine on Macs!
