Dick (and others),
   Brilliant, as always.  Thank you.  I would be lost without the  
devoted work of you people, as I am a LaTeX addict/slave (and also an  
Apple aficionado, equally slavish).  I can't imagine, indeed, won't  
imagine, a world without TeX/LaTeX or Apple computers.  It is how I  
think, and how I write (I am not convinced they are different). That  
said, I purchase every TeX/LaTeX publication (I have virtually every  
edition of all of them) as my way of supporting LaTeX development.   
But, that in no way supports Mac/Apple LaTeX development.  Richard  
should publish a book (say 10-pages long, in iambic pentameter or  
blank prose for all I care) that I could then purchase at, say, $100  
to continue Mac-Tex development.  Indeed, I would be happy to be  
wedded to a subscription at that yearly rate (doggerel will do).   
Just a thought.  And, thanks again.
