[OS X TeX] George Gratzer's book

Folks,

George Gratzer's book "More Math Into Latex,  4th Edition" will be  
published in a couple of weeks. I notice that the US Amazon store at www.amazon.com 
  is selling the book for $49.95, but the Canadian Amazon at www.amazon.ca 
  has reduced the price from CDN 52.92 to CDN 33.30. Taking the  
conversion rate into consideration, the book is considerably cheaper  
from the Canadian store.
