[OS X TeX] Update to MacTeXtras

Howdy,

MacTeXtras has been updated at TUG but will take up to a week to be  
put on CTAN locations around the world. It's dated 20070812 and  
contains the latest versions of TeXShop, LaTeXiT, BibDesk, Lyx, etc.
