[OS X TeX] Lanscape tables and references

This is a question that has a good chance of getting an answer on  
comp.text.tex on usenet. I assume that you already searched on the  
www.tex.ac.uk FAQ for this question. When posting I would suggest to  
use a modified title: Landscape titles and hyperlinks in references.
